1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and m998 ("m998", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the m998 website, mobile platform, games, betting markets and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

m998 acknowledges that Pakistani users are subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any related provincial or federal legislation. m998 does not represent that registration or use of the platform is lawful for any particular user in Pakistan. The responsibility to verify local legal compliance rests entirely with the User.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

Users must complete the m998 registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as prompted. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

4.2 One Account Per User

Each individual User is permitted to hold only one active m998 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single User — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices or identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. m998 reserves the right to merge, close or suspend duplicate accounts and to void any winnings associated with them.

4.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. m998 is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify m998 immediately at [email protected]. m998 will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, including temporarily locking the account pending investigation.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

m998 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other point where verification is deemed necessary for compliance or security purposes. Required documents may include, but are not limited to: a government-issued photo ID, proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions.

5. Terms of Use

5.1 Personal Use Only

The Services are provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You agree not to use the Services for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to, operating a betting syndicate, arbitrage scheme or any other service that relies upon m998 in a commercial capacity.

5.2 Currency

m998 operates in the currency or currencies specified on the platform at the time of account registration. Where Pakistani Rupee (PKR) is displayed for reference purposes, all transaction amounts are subject to applicable exchange rates and processing conditions. Users are responsible for any currency conversion costs imposed by their payment provider.

5.3 Technical Access

You are responsible for ensuring that your device, software and internet connection are compatible with the m998 platform. m998 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Services. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults or circumstances beyond m998's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability.

5.4 Communication

By registering, you agree to receive transactional and service-related communications from m998 relating to your account, including notifications of deposits, withdrawals, verification requests and changes to these Terms. You may manage marketing communication preferences in your account settings.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. m998 does not accept deposits from third parties. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts applicable to each payment method are displayed at the time of deposit. m998 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.

Payment method names displayed on m998 — including references to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, or any other provider — are provided as contextual references only. They do not imply endorsement, affiliation or approval of gambling by those providers. Users must independently verify whether their chosen payment method supports transactions to gaming platforms under applicable local law.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of the KYC verification process. m998 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will ordinarily be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits and availability of that method.

m998 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, incomplete verification or breach of these Terms. In such cases, m998 will communicate the basis for any hold to the User within a reasonable timeframe.

6.3 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification checks. Indicative processing times are displayed on the platform. m998 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit or wagering activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. m998 may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts, the applicable rate of which will be communicated to the User prior to deduction. Users will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied and given a reasonable opportunity to reactivate their account.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives offered by m998 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds restrictions and validity periods are specified in the individual bonus terms. Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates — for example, live dealer games may contribute at a lower percentage than slots. Users must review specific bonus terms prior to opting in.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

m998 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, using low-risk wagering patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements while minimising genuine risk, and any other activity deemed by m998 to be an attempt to exploit promotional terms. m998 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close accounts in cases of suspected bonus abuse.

7.4 Right to Withdraw Promotions

m998 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that doing so does not prejudice Users who have already opted in and begun meeting the relevant wagering requirements in good faith.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

m998 reserves the right to limit, refuse or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are not accepted from Users whose accounts are under review, suspended or subject to verification holds. A bet is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation notification from the platform; any bet placed but not confirmed due to a system error is not a valid bet.

8.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error in the display of odds, game results or any other aspect of the Services — including technical malfunctions affecting game outcomes — m998 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to Users' accounts. m998's decision in such matters is final.

8.3 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets are updated in real time and are subject to delay. m998 reserves the right to suspend or close a live market at any time without notice. Bets placed during a market suspension may be voided at m998's discretion.

8.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply to individual bets and to aggregate winnings over a defined period. These limits are specified by sport, market type and bet type within the platform. m998 reserves the right to apply reduced limits to any User at its discretion.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on m998 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information at registration, during KYC verification or in any communication with m998.
• Money Laundering: Using m998 to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity. m998 is required to report suspected money laundering to appropriate authorities.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other automated software to access or interact with the Services without m998's prior written consent.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to access, disrupt or tamper with m998's systems, servers, software or databases.
• Underage Gambling: Registering, depositing or wagering while below the minimum age threshold. m998 will void all winnings and return the net deposit amount only where underage use is confirmed.
• Third-Party Use: Allowing or facilitating another person to use your account, including through the sharing of login credentials.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: download or modify any content except as expressly provided; use any data mining, robots or similar data gathering tools; or reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any portion of the platform without m998's express written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, m998 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer failure.

m998's aggregate liability to any User in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or such amount as is required by applicable law, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits m998's liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which m998 holds its operating licence. m998 does not represent that this platform is appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan, where significant legal restrictions may apply.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and m998 regarding these Terms or the Services, you should contact m998's customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. m998 will endeavour to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through m998's internal complaints procedure, you may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by the platform's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution process will be provided upon request.

13.3 Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version of these Terms and any translation, the English-language version shall prevail.

14. Amendments to These Terms
